2. Data we collect and purposes
2.1 Contact form
When you fill in the enquiry form, we collect the following data:
- Company name
- Full name
- Email address
- Phone number (optional)
- Industry (optional)
- Enquiry description
Purpose: handling the enquiry and conducting commercial correspondence.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — processing necessary to take steps prior to entering into a contract.
2.2 Analytics data
The website uses Google Analytics 4 (GA4), which automatically collects visit data: IP address (truncated), browser, operating system, visit time, pages visited.
Purpose: traffic analysis and service improvement.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR — legitimate interests of the controller (website statistics).
3. Data processors
We use the following external services to which we entrust data to the extent necessary:
- Formspree Inc. (USA) — contact form submission handling. Data submitted via the form is sent to Formspree servers. The company applies Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC) ensuring an adequate level of data protection under GDPR.
- Google LLC (USA) — Google Analytics 4 (traffic analysis) and Google Fonts (typefaces). Google applies GDPR-compliant mechanisms, including SCC. More information: Google Privacy Policy.

Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser. They do not directly identify you personally.

- Contact form data — retained for the period necessary to handle the enquiry and any subsequent cooperation, no longer than 3 years from the last contact.
- Analytics data (GA4) — 26 months (Google Analytics 4 default retention period).

- Rectification — you may request correction of inaccurate data.
- Erasure — you may request deletion of your data ("right to be forgotten").
- Restriction — you may request that processing be suspended.
